01Every reply is written from scratch. Sorting is quick. Writing the reply, checking the calendar and following up is what eats the day.

A finished reply in the sender’s language, with signature. Rephrase at the push of a button.

Read, adjust, send, schedule or assign. No reply leaves without a click.

One installation holds any number of mailboxes. Every reply goes out from the right sender, with that mailbox’s signature.

→Microsoft 365 and Gmail without a password Register the company app once, the mailbox owner signs in once. Classic IMAP mailboxes run alongside.
→Roles per mailbox Admin, owner, editor, viewer. Anyone not assigned to a mailbox never gets to see its emails — enforced on the server.
→Assign & internal comments The complaint goes to the warehouse; the sender sees none of it.
→Several companies, kept apart One installation can run several companies fully separated from each other.

JARVIS runs on your own server. With a local language model not a single sentence leaves the building; if you prefer a model via an API, that is a deliberate switch.
