Projects
Built, not just designed.
Working systems at the intersection of regulation, blockchain and AI — built end to end, from the smart contract to the last pixel.
More work
What else got built.
Not every system needs a page of its own. These stand for the breadth — vertical applications and the shared foundation they run on.
Vertical systems
Product · contract memory
AI Legal OS
Learns from a corporate group’s contract estate which clauses are house standard, how the shareholdings connect and which deadlines are running — then guides lawyers through the next contract with it.
Product · deliberately not launched
Trading OS
Portfolio overview, analysis and signals for private investors — built, but not released: personalised suggestions can already count as investment advice under MiFID II. That gets settled before the first paying user, not after.
Client work · live data from the PMS
Short-stay rental platform
A short-stay operator’s website that pulls apartments, photos, availability and nightly rates straight from the booking system instead of maintaining them by hand. Access keys stay on the server, never in the browser.
Platform & tools
Platform · foundation of the product family
JARVIS platform
Shared memory and shared identity across all products: each feeds in its knowledge and queries it back, separated per tenant. No product becomes dependent on it — the layer stays optional everywhere.
Infrastructure · fully local
RAG platform
Documents get ingested, made searchable and answer questions — on own hardware, cleanly separated per project. No document leaves the building.
Tool · making quality measurable
Eval Harness
A test bench for document extraction: against a corpus with known ground truth it measures nightly how much was read correctly — and above all how often the wrong thing came out silently.
Security · licensing & revocation
License console
Licences for every product in one place — issued signed and revocable, without a private key ever going online.
Operations · interlocked approvals
AI Interlock
One agent operates every product but may not write anything itself — it proposes, execution sits elsewhere. It earns autonomy only once the measured hit rate supports it.
Operations · fleet management
AI Depot
Install in minutes, update at the push of a button, every installation visible and every backup proven — without us needing access to the customer’s server.
Automation · funnel & attribution
AI Content OS
From the idea to attributing the revenue: content is produced, published and tracked through email journeys all the way to purchase — for two brands, in two languages.
Own hardware · local detection
Surveillance OS
Cameras, object detection, sensors and alerts on your own network — footage stays in the building instead of sitting with a vendor. If the system fails, it raises the alarm itself.
Phone AI · as a kit
Voice assistant
A phone assistant built once and then taught per customer: provider, industry and connected CRM live in configuration, not in code.
