Profile
I build what I understand.
A DLT & AI engineer with deep knowledge of crypto regulation (MiCAR, MiFID II). I analyze complex requirements, design architectures and build working platforms — from smart contracts to AI-powered SaaS.
How I work
I am a DLT & AI engineer. I understand complex systems, design their architecture and build them — from analyzing existing processes through optimization to a finished, working platform. I write the code myself: Solidity smart contracts, locally run, GDPR-compliant AI systems, and production full-stack and SaaS platforms.
My edge is the combination: deep technical ability plus solid knowledge of crypto regulation (MiCAR, MiFID II, prospectus law, AML/GDPR). Because I know the rules, I can build systems that are compliant and sound from day one — instead of bolting technology and compliance together afterwards.
The focus of my work: AI- and blockchain-powered platforms and SaaS products — designed, built and shipped end to end.

Kubelka Gruppe / IRIS Immobilien · Wien
Lead responsibility for several real-estate development projects; digitization of internal business and accounting processes.
Project lead & operations, marketing & IT
LUXEN GmbH · Wien
Leading all projects and co-running operations; building digital marketing and online platforms.
Master’s thesis · TU Wien
Real estate on the blockchain
Legal, technical and regulatory perspectives on tokenization and securitization, incorporating artificial intelligence. Supervisor: Patrick Sabo, BA, MSc. Expert interview with, among others, Dimitris Dimitriadis (DigiShares).
Substance over form
A real-estate security token is typically a financial instrument (MiFID II / WAG 2018) and falls outside MiCAR; the DLT pilot regime bridges trading and settlement.
Democratization
Tokenization opens fractional ownership and geographically borderless markets — amid significant legal uncertainty in the land-register system.
Regulation as enabler
Clear, technically literate rules for CASPs plus an active sandbox are preconditions for trustworthy financial innovation.
The recommendations were then tested in the working “Digital Land Register on the Blockchain” demonstrator. Full version (~96 pages, incl. comparison of BaFin · FINMA · TVTG) on request.
